At HBS, we are introducing an effective mobile phone ban by introducing Yondr pouches for all pupils in Year 7 to 11 from September 2024, and then rolling this into Sixth Form from the academic year starting September 2025. Students will be issued with a Yondr pouch each and will switch off and seal their smart devices inside the pouch before entering the school grounds. They will be able to unlock the pouch when leaving school at the end of the day.
